System design and installation

Total Group installs a variety of height access safety systems including work positioning and fall arrest anchor points, safety static line anchor points and safety static line cable systems. All our Systems comply to NZ standards AS/ANZ 1891.4 for fall arrest systems and AS/ANZ 4488 for Industrial Rope Access anchor point certification and installation.

Through our services, our clients can ensure that your fall protection and working at heights procedures are safe, reliable and meet DOL standards.

We can undertake an obligation-free assessment of your premises, and provide you with a safety compliant solution for all your high access requirements. An initial fall hazard assessment is an ideal method for determining the fall protection requirements of any building. During this initial assessment, one of our trained fall protection experts will work with the customer to identify all existing and potential fall hazards, and analyse how to best address these hazards, with the perspective of the workers who will be using the system at the forefront of their consideration.

Your Total Group representative will also ensure systems and procedures are designed to be straightforward, understandable, and effective and also provide you with a formal written assessment of the facility, and recommendations for how and where to make system improvements. Each system design also comes with detailed producer statement which includes design specification for all parts of the height safety system, load ratings on each component and structural load bearing for design loading.
