Founded in 1994, Total Group was initially established to provide cleaning services to Telecom exchange sites in Auckland and Northland. Over time, and through a demonstration of our capabilities and commitment to helping corporate customers achieve their business objectives, Total Group’s 300 employees service in excess of 750,000 square meters of facilities annually for some of New Zealand’s most recognized corporations and A and B grade office landlords in major centres throughout the North Island.
In addition to geographic expansion, our capabilities have also grown beyond commercial cleaning to include an array of soft services including handyman, light construction, graffiti removal, plumbing, electrical, grounds maintenance, glazing services, carpet cleaning, pest control and window washing. These services are coordinated through our 24/7 helpdesk and are provided nationwide. More importantly, they are managed through a dedicated account manager and summarised and billed on a single invoice.
Despite this growth, the core foundations of our service model have remained the same. Primarily Total Group’s flexibility in structuring programmes to fit our corporate customers’ specific requirements, and Total Group’s unwavering commitment to quality in the design and delivery of its services.
Unlike our larger competitors, both of Total Group’s owners take an active day-to-day role in the operations of the business and the management of our enterprise sized accounts. The two owners are supported by a highly capable management team with over 200 years of combined industry experience in developing and providing innovative, value-added solutions to ensure our client base achieve their property related objectives.
