All service requests are logged, tracked and closed through ServiceCloud, Total Group’s computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
Our CMMS system is able to provide comprehensive job logging, KPI tracking, invoicing as well as detailed reporting capabilities to provide clients with budgeting, and performance management data.
Our project management process, experience and quality assurance processes enable us to provide our clients with a 24 month workmanship warranty on any project we undertake. We also encourage and promote manufacturer specifications and warranties where applicable. Product warranties can vary from 5 to 10 years or more but require manufacturer involvement and strict adherence to their specification. Total Group have worked with all of the major and reputable suppliers in the property maintenance industry and have excellent relationships with each of them
