24/7 Coverage

Total Group operates a 24/7 help desk as the primary point of contact for all reactive and programmed maintenance service requests.
All service requests are logged, tracked and closed through ServiceCloud, Total Group’s computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
Our CMMS system is able to provide comprehensive job logging, KPI tracking, invoicing as well as detailed reporting capabilities to provide clients with budgeting, and performance management data.

The types of services provided by our help desk include:
  • Maintain field contact with maintenance and operations personnel;
  • Provide centralised support for the receipt, distribution and tracking of all service requests
  • Track phone, email and online requests for all maintenance repairs;
  • Escalation processes and procedures;
  • Provide work scheduling solutions;
  • Track and report on service level agreement (SLA) parameters;
  • Schedule and generate work orders for preventative and planned maintenance work.

Quality and Warranties

Our project management process, experience and quality assurance processes enable us to provide our clients with a 24 month workmanship warranty on any project we undertake. We also encourage and promote manufacturer specifications and warranties where applicable. Product warranties can vary from 5 to 10 years or more but require manufacturer involvement and strict adherence to their specification.
