Taking care of our people

At Total Group, we place a high priority on social sustainability by fostering a supportive, inclusive, and safe work environment for our people. We recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to their well-being and development.

Our employment practices reflect our dedication to fair treatment, diversity, and respect for workers' rights. We ensure that all employees are paid above the minimum wage, have access to interest-free loans, and are provided with flexible job arrangements, such as job sharing for working mothers.

Training and development are integral to our culture. We offer ongoing training programs to help employees enhance their skills and ensure safe working practices. This includes specialised health and safety training and certifications that allow our teams to perform their duties efficiently and safely.

Furthermore, we support equal opportunities and promote diversity within our workforce. Our policies prohibit discrimination of any kind, ensuring that all employees, regardless of their background, have equal access to opportunities for growth and development.
By creating a healthy, secure, and supportive workplace, we strive to empower our people, promote longevity within our workforce, and contribute to the overall well-being of our communities.
